Villain Arts presents the 1st Annual Syracuse Tattoo Arts Festival! From September 18th to 20th 2026, The Oncenter Convention Center will host hundreds of tattoo artists ready to do some excellent work. Connect with skilled artists (and even a few piercers) from across the U.S. and around the globe, specializing in all kinds of unique styles - from bold traditional, to fine line ‘micro’ tattoos, intricate black-and-grey realism, glitter tattoos, blackwork, even challenging coverups. A Villain Arts show is about more than just getting tattooed; we also offer unforgettable entertainment, including thrilling sideshow, human suspension acts, captivating burlesque, and contortionist archers! Plus, explore our wide range of vendors selling everything from unique clothing and jewelry, to fascinating oddities you won’t find anywhere else.
