Flynn & Loveridge Security Training, LLC (FLST) is conducting a 40 hour Instructor Development Course (IDC) for Security Guards July 7-11, 2025.

This Security Guard Instructor Development Course (IDC) is a modified version of the Police Instructor Development Course. The goal of the course is to assist instructor candidates in developing the ability to research, prepare and impart their knowledge to others. Emphasis is on the development and/or enhancement of competency in those instructional skills/techniques required for efficiently and effectively meeting training needs.
